Maison Claire has grown out of love for all things French. Our passion for old vintage pieces and ability to source beautiful items, allows us to offer you a unique sense of style through our successful lifestyle website.
Our team travels all over France, sourcing an eclectic mix of country furniture and decorative pieces for the home and garden; old antique mirrors to rustic urns, the result is an elegant yet relaxed, informal style that is equally at home in a tumble down cottage as a stately home – or even a modern contemporary apartment.
Most of the items for sale are of considerable age; signs of their life story are inevitable, and what makes them so appealing. The original patina, elegant weathering and characteristic shades of old rustic shuttters, create that understated chateau chic style that so many of us admire.
Rare and beautiful objects never go out of style. Furthermore, it's difficult to beat the charm and interest a good antique or vintage piece brings to any setting. When you add the fact that an antique grows in value over time, the initial investment is money well spent. Here's an opportunity to make a wise purchase for both love and money!
Our stock is predominatently vintage pieces and often one-off items. However, if you chose an item that is no longer available, we will do our best to source something similar for you. Alternatively, if you are unable to find exactly what you are looking for, please contact us and we will do our best to find that perfect piece.
From time to time, we will be exhibiting at antique or home fairs, so please visit our exhibition's page for more information.
We are available to style photographic shoots and can loan props for that special shot if required.

About Me
My flair for interiors has developed over a period of years. Whilst studying for an Interior Design Degree, I renovated several properties of my own, restoring and painting furniture, collecting unusual antiques and decorative accessories on my travels. Trips to France have been all inspiring; I fell in love with the effortlessly chic interiors, a distinctive style that I have tried to recreate in my own home.
Friends and family began to ask about sourcing pieces for them, and so fulfilling my desire to keep shopping for all things beautiful, Maison Claire was born.
